We’ve made some exciting improvements to the Nexar Fleet Dashboard to help you manage your team more efficiently. Here’s what’s new:
1. Login Flow via Phone Number or Email Address
For existing users, your first login to the Fleet Dashboard must be with your phone number.
Enter the phone number linked to your Fleet account, including your country code. Ensure this phone number can receive SMS messages so you can get your verification code.
Enter the SMS verification code sent to your registered phone number.
The format for the phone number should be +1 followed by the phone number.
Example: +19876543210
After that, you can use either your phone number or email address, once the email address has been added to your profile. If you can’t receive the verification code due to LTE issues, log in with your email instead.
Newly invited fleet members (more details below) must log in using the email address where the invitation was sent.
Go to the login page.
Click Forgot my password to define your password on your first access.
Follow the on-screen instructions to set your password and log in.
2. Share Fleet Dashboard Access With Your Team
Fleet owners can invite up to 10 people to their fleet dashboard.
Go to More > Manage Access > Click the “+” to add people to access the dashboard.
Invited users will receive an email notification when access is shared or revoked.
All invited users have the same access level as the fleet owner; however, only the primary fleet owner has the ability to rename fleets.
3. Updating My Profile Section
You can update your profile anytime by going to More > My Profile section.
In this section, you can:
Change your name instantly.
Change your email address by entering the verification code sent to the added email.
Add an email address at any time from the My Profile section, which can be used to log in to the fleet dashboard (more below).
4. Multi-Fleets View
If you have access to more than one fleet, you can easily switch between them.
Click the fleet dropdown menu in the top right corner of the dashboard.
Select the fleet you want to view.
All invited users have the same access level as the fleet owner; however, only the primary fleet owner has the ability to rename fleets
The settings of each fleet are managed independently per fleet, including the share access flow.
