This article will walk you through the alert types, filtering options, CSV export feature, and new tools for managing alerts.
Camera Alert Types
You’ll now see new camera alerts that help you monitor camera health and visibility more effectively. Each alert appears in your dashboard with a clear description so you can easily understand what’s happening and what it means.
Here are the new alert types:
Road-Facing Camera (RFC) Alert – “Limited Road View”
This alert appears when the road-facing camera’s view is partially blocked or limited, such as when the windshield is dirty or the camera is misaligned.
IFC Disconnected (Cabin-Facing Camera) – “No Clear Driver View”
This alert appears when the inward-facing camera is blocked, disconnected, or unable to capture a clear view of the driver.
Camera Disconnected from Power – “Power Unplugged”
This alert means the camera has lost its power source. Check that the cable and mount are properly connected to restore normal operation.
When an alert is active, the map will display a red exclamation mark on the driver’s marker, making it easy to spot which vehicles need attention at a glance.
Enhanced Filtering
You can now use Enhanced Filtering to quickly narrow down your data and locate specific vehicles, alerts, or health statuses.
Camera Health
Health Indicator: Filter by specific health alerts such as Limited Road View, No Clear Driver View, or Power Unplugged.
Visibility: Filter by Active Alerts or Snoozed Alerts to better manage your fleet’s maintenance priorities.
This feature makes it easier to focus on the information that matters most to your operations.
CSV Export Functionality
You can now download a CSV file of your fleet data directly from the dashboard. The exported file includes details based on the filters you’ve set, allowing you to easily review or share data offline.
Each CSV export includes:
FleetID
Device.DeviceSn
Device.CreatedAt
Device.TrackingNotes
Vehicle.Name
Vehicle.Model
Vehicle.LicensePlate
Driver.Name
Driver.PhoneNumber
Driver.MailAddress
CameraInfo.OtaVersion
LastHeartbeatTime
LastGpsPoint.Timestamp
LastGpsPoint.Latitude
LastGpsPoint.Longitude
LastGpsPoint.Speed
Alerts
This feature gives you more flexibility in analyzing and tracking your fleet data across different tools and teams.
New Options for Managing Alerts
We’ve added new tools to help you track and manage camera alerts more efficiently within the dashboard.
Snooze Alerts: You can temporarily snooze alerts to pause notifications while you’re addressing or reviewing the issue.
Add Tracking Notes: You can now add internal notes to an alert for easy tracking or communication within your team.
These features make it easier to stay organized, collaborate across your team, and ensure that each alert is managed properly.
By combining these updates, your dashboard now provides greater insight, flexibility, and control over your fleet’s performance and camera health.
