Before You Start
Make sure both the main camera and rear camera are powered on.
Check that your phone has a stable internet connection.
Disable Low Power Mode (iPhone) or Battery Optimization (Android) for the Nexar app.
Wait 1–2 minutes after creating a clip before trying to access or download it. Clips may take a little time to fully process and sync in the app.
Rear camera clips longer than 5 minutes can only be accessed from the cloud and may not be available locally.
Troubleshooting Steps
Reinsert the rear camera SD card.
Restart the rear camera by performing a factory reset:
Press the power button 9 times, then press it 1 more time after hearing the voice prompt.
If you see this error message, “Rear camera footage upload failed due to SD card issues,” follow the same instructions above.
Take a short test drive and try creating a clip again.
