Troubleshooting Live (Remote) Streaming Feature Not Working

If you can't remote stream or see the dash cam's live view when you're not in the vehicle, please do the following:

Please ensure that you are only using the original cable, mount, and Nexar-provided power accessory that came with the camera to avoid any potential issues.

2. Disconnect the dash cam from power and wait until the light indicator (Nexar Logo) turns OFF

4. For Nexar One: Detach and reattach the +Connectivity add-on to the right side of the Nexar One logo

5. Reconnect the dash cam to power and wait until the light indicator stops blinking

6. Disable the phone's WiFi settings

7. Enable the phone's cellular data

8. Launch the Nexar Connect app, then tap the Stream button on the bottom right of the home screen to start a remote livestream, and see if the issue is fixed.

To use the dash cam's live streaming feature, ensure your phone has a good internet connection, and your vehicle is located in an area where there is a reliable cell service for seamless live streaming.
