How to Use the Fleets Dashboard Geofences Tab
Here are the steps on how to use the Fleets Dashboard Geofences tab for your Nexar Fleets dash cam:
1. Inside your dashboard, click the Geofences tab
You will be taken to the main Geofences window, which includes a list of all geofences.
2. Click Add geofence. The “New geofence” screen opens
3. Add a geofence name to modify and customize your settings
Once you have a name for your geofence, you can start drawing a polygon shape on the map based on your requirements.
4. When you are done drawing, click Done
You can also click Clear to start over.
5. Assign the vehicles to which you want this setting to apply.
6. Click Set alert Frequency
Configure how you want to get notified. You can select if you want to get notified in real-time, daily, weekly, or monthly.
7. Tap Choose alert recipients
Add the email addresses where the notifications should be sent.
8. Click Save Geofence at the bottom to finish
You will be redirected to the main geofence view where you will see the new geofence card added to the list.
