This guide concerns an issue where an incident involving your fleet (such as a high-impact event or harsh acceleration) has been recorded, but the event was not automatically detected.


Why Was the Incident Not Detected by the Fleets Dashboard?

The primary reason for this lies in the intensity of the event. If the impact of the incident falls below the predetermined impact level we have established, automatic detection will not occur.

Based on experiments, we have chosen this impact threshold to prevent the dashboard from being inundated with false incidents.


How Can I Troubleshoot the Incident Not Detected by the Fleets Dashboard?
