If you input a phone number that does not adhere to our specified format in fields requiring your phone number, you will receive an error message stating, "Phone number's format is incorrect." Such instances include the initial login to the dashboard or when assigning a driver to a vehicle.


How Can I Correct the Phone Number Format in the Fleets Dashboard?

To prevent login issues caused by an incorrect phone number format, make sure to include the appropriate area code and then the complete phone number.
