Here are the steps to perform a factory reset on your NEXC2 dash cam:
1. Connect the dash cam to a power source.
2. Press the Power button on the dash cam 9 times. You should hear a clicking sound whenever you press the button.
3. Wait for the voice prompt to instruct it, then press the Power button again.
4. You will hear a voice prompt that says “The factory settings have been restored”.
5. The dash cam will reboot after a successful reset.
