If you're having issues with the audio quality of your Nexar One videos, please do the following:
Please ensure that you are only using the original cable, mount, and Nexar-provided power accessory that came with the camera to avoid any potential issues.
1. Power on the dash cam
2. Open the Nexar Connect app > More > Settings > Tap the Audio Recording toggle twice to refresh
3. Do a sample drive and see if the audio is now recorded
