This article will help you troubleshoot in case you experience issues when sharing Nexar Pro, Beam, or NEXC2 Clips on the Nexar Classic app.


Troubleshooting for Being Unable to Share Nexar Pro, Beam, or NEXC2 Clips

If you can't share your Nexar Pro, Beam, or NEXC2 Clips in the Nexar Classic app because the Share button isn't visible or isn't working, follow these steps:

Only playable Nexar Pro, Beam, or NEXC2 Clips can be shared from the Nexar Classic app.

1. Check that your phone is connected to the internet either via WiFi or cellular data.

2. Check the app's file size limit where you want to send the Clip.

3. Try sending the Clip to different apps.

4. Check if this issue is with just one Clip or all of them in the app.

If the issue persists, try the following:

1. Ensure that you are not using VPN, antivirus, and other security apps on your phone.

2. Check if you can play the Clip you want to share in the app.

3. If the Clip is playing but you still can't share it, refresh the Video tab by swiping down on the screen and then try again.

4. If that does not help, force close the app by following the steps below then try again:

For iOS users: Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen > pause in the middle > swipe up on the Nexar Classic app.

โ€‹For Android users: Tap the hamburger icon (three lines or dots).
