Troubleshooting Not Powering Off Issue on a Nexar Pro, Beam, or NEXC2 Dash Cam

Please ensure that you are only using the original cable, mount, and Nexar-provided power accessory that came with the camera to avoid any potential issues.

Please do the following to make sure your Nexar Pro, Beam, or NEXC2 will power off correctly when you're done driving:

1. Ensure that the Nexar Pro, Beam, or NEXC2 is properly connected to the power source

2. If your Nexar Pro, Beam, or NEXC2 is connected to a continuous power port, enable the "Continuous power outlet" toggle in the app while connected to the dash cam

3. For iOS, turn on the "Motion & Fitness" permission for the Nexar Classic app in your phone settings.

4. For Android, turn on the "Physical Activity" permission for the Nexar Classic app in your phone settings.
