This article provides instructions on how you can retrieve cloud-saved Nexar Pro, Beam, NEXC1, NEXC2, or NEXS1 videos that have been archived.


How can I access archived Nexar Pro, Beam, NEXC1, NEXC2, or NEXS1 videos?

If a Nexar Pro, Beam, NEXC1, NEXC2, or NEXS1 video you are trying to access from the Nexar Cloud was uploaded 2 months ago or later, the video will be archived and can only be available upon request.

To request for an archived video, please do the following:

1. Access the Nexar Cloud using a computer or mobile browser here: https://dashboard.getnexar.com

2. Enter the phone number used during Nexar Classic app registration

3. Wait for the SMS verification code sent via text message

4. Enter the code on the Nexar Cloud log in page

5. Select a specific date using the calendar panel on the left pane

6. Tap REQUEST ARCHIVED VIDEO

The video will be available to you in the Nexar Cloud 24 hours after our support team has processed your request.


How Can I Save Nexar Pro, Beam, NEXC1, NEXC2, or NEXS1 Videos From My Nexar Cloud?

To save your Nexar Pro, Beam, NEXC1, NEXC2, or NEXS1 videos from the Nexar Cloud, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Nexar Cloud here: https://dashboard.getnexar.com

2. Search for the video using the Date and Time

3. Click on the video you wish to download

Only Nexar Pro, Beam, NEXC1, NEXC2, or NEXS1 Clips are saved in the Nexar Cloud and uploaded as soon as the phone is connected to a strong and reliable WiFi source. Incident Clips are uploaded via cellular data as soon as it's recorded.
