This article provides detailed information about Nexar's Return Policy for our dash cams for our Nexar Fleets solution.

Nexar Fleet Monitoring System: 30-Day Trial and Return Policy

Effective: November 9th, 2023

At Nexar, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional products and services. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return policy for our fleet monitoring cameras. This policy is designed to offer flexibility and peace of mind in your decision to choose Nexar for your fleet management needs.

30-Day Trial Period for Cameras

  • Full Refund for all unopened Cameras returned within the 30-day period.

  • Full Refund for up-to two (2) opened Cameras; beyond two (2) cameras, a restocking fee of $150 per camera will be charged for each additional camera

Limitations on Refunds for Additional Cameras

  • No returns after 30 days will be approved.

  • Fleet expansion deals will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Procedure

  • Initiation of Return: Contact our Customer Support team within the 30-day trial period to initiate a return.

  • Return Authorization: Upon return approval, a return shipping and RMA label will be provided via email. Ensure all items, including accessories and manuals, are returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returning the Cameras: Cameras must be shipped back to Nexar within seven (7) days from the date the return label is received.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the items pass inspection and are verified by our team.

Conditions for Return

  • Cameras and all accessories must be returned in original condition and packaging. The refund may be rejected for damaged or altered items.


  • This policy pertains solely to the Nexar Fleet Monitoring System. For return policies applicable to private consumers, kindly refer to the consumer return policy.
