This article will help you troubleshoot in case you experience issues when sharing Nexar beam2 mini Clips on the Nexar Connect app.
Troubleshooting for Being Unable to Share Nexar beam2 mini Clips
If you can't share your Nexar beam2 mini Clips in the Nexar Connect app, follow these steps:
Only Incident and Manual Clips in the Nexar Connect app can be shared online.
1. Check that your phone is connected to the internet either via WiFi or cellular data.
2. Disable Low Power Mode (iOS) or Battery Optimization (Android).
3. Disable Wireless Carplay, Android Auto, hotspots, VPN, antivirus, and other similar security apps or settings that might interfere with the app.
4. Confirm that all required settings and permissions are enabled.
5. Check the app's file size limit where you want to send the Clip.
6. Try sending the Clip to different apps.
7. Check if this issue is with just one Clip or all of them in the app.
If the issue persists, proceed with the following:
1. Ensure the trimmed clip you're attempting to share is fully processed and available for viewing or sharing.
2. Check if the video has been overwritten from the Nexar beam2 mini dash cam’s internal memory or is partially overwritten.
3. Check if you can play the Clip you want to share in the app.
4. If the Clip is playing but you still can't share it, refresh the Activity tab by swiping down on the screen and then try again
5. If that does not help, force close the Nexar Connect app and then try again:
For iOS users: Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen > pause in the middle > swipe up on the Nexar Connect app
For Android users: Tap the hamburger icon (three lines or dots) from the Navigation bar > swipe up on the Nexar Connect app.
