Please ensure your mobile device meets the requirements listed below before purchasing a Nexar dash cam.


What devices are compatible with the Nexar Connect app?

Note: The Nexar Connect app only supports our Connected Dash Cam line up including Nexar One, beam2, and beam2 mini.

To ensure seamless compatibility and optimal performance, the Nexar Connect app supports all devices operating on the following systems:

Android: Android 10 and above
โ€‹iOS: iOS 15.4 and above


What devices are compatible with the Nexar Classic app?

Note: The Nexar Classic app only supports our Classic dash cam collection including Nexar Pro, Nexar Beam, NEXS1, NEXC1, NEXC2.

While we're working hard to be compatible with every device on the planet, here are the devices we currently support for the Nexar Classic app (running the latest operating systems).

Which devices are not compatible with Nexar Classic?

These specific devices are not fully supported to work with Nexar Classic as they were found to have issues related to app crashing and pairing.

  • OnePlus Nord N10 5G (BE2025)

  • OnePlus Nord N100 (BE2015)

  • TCL TAB

  • Pixel series

The following settings and devices are also not supported by Nexar Classic and dash cam:

  • Tablets and iPads

  • Wireless CarPlay and wireless Android Auto

  • Use of hotspot

This is because Nexar Classic needs a mobile phone with cellular data and the right configurations to support its features and functions to work well.
