This guide will show you how you can access your Nexar Pro, Beam, and NEXC2 videos using the Nexar Classic app, SD card/internal memory and Nexar cloud.

Here are the steps to retrieve the videos saved on your Nexar Pro and Beam's SD card:

1. Eject the SD card from your dash cam by pushing the SD card insert in the upper part of the camera next to the “Power” button​

2. Insert the SD card into an SD card reader (available for purchase in any electronics store or use the adapter received in the package and insert the SD card into your computer)

3. Plug the SD card reader into the computer’s USB outlet
4. A folder containing the videos on your SD card will show up - transfer all of the desired videos to the computer’s drive

Here are the steps to retrieve the videos saved in your NEXC2's internal memory:

1. Download the Nexar Card Reader app to your PC and open it
2. Plug the dash cam into your computer or to an external power source

3. Connect your computer to the dash cam’s WiFi network. Look for the network DIRECT-XXXXXX and enter password 12345678 (unclick 'Remember this network')

4. Wait until your dash cam’s flashing light is steady

5. Double click your dash cam’s power button

6. Click “Connect” on the Nexar Card Reader app on your computer

Here are the steps to retrieve your Nexar Pro, Beam, and NEXC2 videos on the Nexar Classic app:

1. Open the Nexar Classic app

2. Tap Videos below the screen

3. Tap the drive you want to view

Here are the steps to retrieve your Nexar Pro, Beam and NEXC2 videos from the Nexar cloud:

1. Access the https://login.getnexar.com using a computer or mobile browser

2. Enter the phone number used during Nexar Classic registration

3. Wait for the SMS verification code sent via text message

4. Enter the code on the Nexar Cloud log in page

5. Select a specific date using the calendar panel on the left pane (if needed)

6. Click on the video to play

7. To download cloud-saved videos to your computer, once in the video player, click the DOWNLOAD button on each of the 2 minute segments from that video

To manually delete Nexar Pro, Beam, and NEXC2 videos from the Nexar Classic app, do one of the instructions below.

1. Click Select button at the top right corner

2. Select the drives and clips you wish to delete

3. Click Delete videos to confirm this action

1. Tap the clip you want to delete to open the Clip Summary screen

2. Tap the trash bin icon at the top right corner of the screen

3. Tap the Delete video button to confirm deletion

1. Tap the drive you want to delete to open the Drive Summary screen

2. Tap the trash bin icon at the top right corner of the screen

3. Tap the Delete video button to confirm deletion
