How to Retrieve Videos Saved in NEXS1's or NEXC1's SD Card
Here are the steps to retrieve or access the videos saved in the NEXS1 or NEXC1's SD card:
1. Eject the SD card from your NEXS1 or NEXC1
2. Insert the SD card into an SD card reader (available for purchase in any electronics store or use the adapter received in the package and insert the SD card into your computer)
3. Plug the SD card reader into the computer’s USB outlet
4. A folder containing the videos on your SD card will show up - transfer all of the desired videos to the computer’s drive

These are the steps to retrieve or access the NEXS1 and NEXC1 videos on the Nexar Classic app:
1. Open the Nexar Classic app
2. Tap Videos below the screen

How to Retrieve Nexar Cloud-Saved NEXS1 and NEXC1 Videos
Here are the steps to retrieve or access the Nexar Cloud saved videos from the NEXS1 or NEXC1:
1. Access the https://login.getnexar.com using a computer or mobile browser
2. Enter the phone number used during Nexar Classic app registration
3. Wait for the SMS verification code sent via text message
4. Enter the code on the Nexar Cloud log in page
5. Select a specific date using the calendar panel on the left pane (if needed)
6. Click on the video to play
7. To download cloud-saved videos to your computer, once in the video player, click the DOWNLOAD button on each of the 2 minute segments from that video
How to Delete NEXS1 and NEXC1 Videos on the Nexar Classic app
To manually delete NEXS1 and NEXC1 videos from the Nexar Classic app, do one of the instructions below.
Manually deleting NEXS1 and NEXC1 videos from the Nexar Classic app also permanently deletes them from your Nexar Cloud account. Alternatively, overwritten videos are only deleted from the Nexar Classic app, leaving Cloud-saved videos intact.
