How to Troubleshoot Audio Recording Issues in Nexar beam2 Videos
If you're having issues with enabling or disabling the audio for your Nexar beam2 recordings, please do the following:
Please ensure that you are only using the original cable and Nexar-provided power accessory that came with the camera to avoid any potential issues.
1. Plug the dash cam to power.
2. Turn off Low Power Mode (iOS) or Power Saving Mode (Android) in the phone's Settings app.
3. Check that your phone's WiFi is ON and not connected to any other device, network, or another Nexar dash cam.
4. Open the Nexar Connect app > More > Settings.
5. Tap the Audio recording toggle twice to refresh it.
6. Do a sample drive and see if the audio is now recorded.
