How to Troubleshoot Nexar beam2 Audio Quality Issues
If you're having issues with the audio quality of your Nexar beam2 videos, please do the following:
Please ensure that you are only using the original cable and Nexar-provided power accessory that came with the camera to avoid any potential issues.
1. Power on the dash cam
2. Turn off Low Power Mode (iOS) or Power Saving Mode (Android) in the phone's Settings app.
3. Ensure that WiFi is enabled and not connected to any other device, network, or another Nexar dashcam.
4. Open the Nexar Connect app > More > Settings > Tap the Audio recording toggle twice to refresh.
5. Do a sample drive and see if the audio is now recorded.
