This article will show you how you can add and delete someone as your emergency contact.

Nexar's Emergency Contacts feature enhances your safety by providing a quick and efficient way to notify selected contacts in case of an emergency while driving. By pre-defining contacts within the Nexar Connect app, you establish a network that can be promptly informed in critical situations.

To add an emergency contact to the Nexar Connect app, do the following:

1. Enable the Contacts permission from your phone settings.

2. On the Nexar Connect app, go to More > Settings > Emergency Contacts.

3. Tap on Add a Contact.

4. You can choose up to 10 people from your phone contacts.

If you would like to delete an emergency contact, simply follow these steps:

1. On the Nexar Connect app, go to More > Settings > Emergency Contacts.

2. Click the trash can icon beside the contact you want to remove.

If you have more than one Nexar One dash cam, you only need to add/delete Emergency contacts once. Changes will be applied to all your Nexar One dash cams.
