How to Change the Storage Allocation for Nexar Classic?
You can change the phone storage settings to fit your specific needs if you are interested in allocating less or more storage for Nexar to record your full drives. To change your storage preferences in Nexar Classic, please do the following:
Open Nexar Classic > More > Account > Phone Storage and choose your preference under the Designated Phone Space section.
Troubleshooting Nexar Classic's High Phone Storage Consumption
If Nexar Classic is using an excessive amount of your phone's storage, or if the app does not have any videos saved but is still showing a significant amount of phone storage usage in the phone settings, follow the steps below:
1. Go to Nexar Classic > More > Account > Phone storage, then tap Clear cache
2. Force close Nexar Classic by following the instructions below:
For iOS: Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen > pause in the middle > swipe up on Nexar Classic.
For Android: Tap the hamburger icon (three lines or dots) from the Navigation bar > swipe up on Nexar Classic.
3. Restart the phone, then check if the issue is fixed
