Troubleshooting for Being Unable to Create Nexar beam2 Clips
If you're having trouble creating Clips from your Nexar beam2 dash cam's drive recordings in the Nexar Connect App and encountering error messages, here's what you can do:
You can only create or trim Nexar beam2 Clips from Drives that are playable in the app or still saved in the Nexar beam2's internal memory and haven't been overwritten yet.
Make sure to use only and all the original accessories that came with the dash cam.
Disable Low Power Mode [iOS] or Battery Optimization [AN] in the phone settings.
Make sure that the phone’s mobile data is enabled and has good mobile data reception, and with no internet access issues.
Disable Carplay, Android Auto, hotspots, VPN, antivirus, and other similar security apps or settings in the phone
Check that all required settings and permissions are enabled.
