Here are two ways to retrieve your Nexar beam2's parking mode video recordings:

Retrieval Through Parking Incident Notification

1. Ensure your phone is connected to a strong internet connection, either through WiFi or cellular data.

2. When you receive a parking incident alert, tap the notification.

3. Then, tap the video to play it and see what happened.

Retrieval Through the Video Summary Screen

1. Turn on your phone's WiFi and cellular data for a reliable internet connection.

2. Plug the dash cam into power.

3. Open the Nexar Connect App.

4. On the Activity tab, click the Parking Incident, then tap Get Video.

5. Wait while the dash cam transfers the video cache to the app. Keep the app open until the fetching completes.

6. To view, tap the parking incident Clip card.

Troubleshooting Unable to Retrieve Nexar beam2's Parking Mode Video Recordings

Follow these preliminary steps in case you are unable to retrieve Nexar beam2's parking mode video recordings:

1. Use only the original accessories that came with your dash cam.

2. Disable Carplay, Android Auto, hotspots, VPN, antivirus, and any security apps or settings on your phone that might interfere with the dash cam's functionality.

3. Turn off Low Power Mode on iOS or Battery Optimization on Android.

4. Ensure your phone has good mobile data reception.

For iOS: Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen, pause in the middle, then swipe up on the Nexar Connect App to close it.

2. Connect your dash cam to power.

3. Make sure the WiFi on your phone is turned ON and is not connected to any other device, network, or another Nexar dash cam.

4. Relaunch the Nexar Connect App.

5. Tap the Incidents tab and allow the app to transfer all pending videos.

6. Locate the Parking Clip and try playing the clip while connected to the dash cam to ensure everything is functioning as expected.
