Can't View a Clip or Ride in Full Screen

If you’re having trouble getting your clips or rides to appear in full screen in the Nexar Classic app, don’t worry—this guide will walk you through how to fix it.

How to View in Full Screen:

  1. Open the Nexar Classic app

  2. Go to the Videos tab

  3. Select the drive you want to view
    For clips: Tap the zoom icon in the top-left corner of the video to enlarge it.

  4. Rotate your phone to landscape mode (sideways).
    Once in zoom mode, the video will automatically expand to full screen.


Still Can’t View in Full Screen?

If your clip or ride still doesn’t expand to full screen, don’t worry—we’ve got a few more steps you can try to fix the issue. Follow the troubleshooting tips below to get the best viewing experience.

  1. Verify that your Nexar Classic app is up-to-date.

  2. Make sure auto-rotate is turned ON in your phone’s settings.

  3. Close and reopen the Nexar Classic app.

  4. Try restarting your phone.
