How to Edit Name
To edit your name in the Nexar Connect app profile, you can simply follow these steps:
Open the Nexar Connect app.
Go to the More tab.
Tap My Profile.
Tap the pencil icon ( ✏️) on the right side of your name.
Type your first and last name.
Select Save.
How to Add/Change Email Address
To add or change your email address in the Nexar Connect app profile, you can simply follow these steps:
Open the Nexar Connect app.
Go to the More tab.
Tap My Profile.
Tap the pencil icon ( ✏️) on the right side of your email address.
Type your email address.
Select Get Verification Code.
A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the code in the given section.
Tap Confirm.
Trouble receiving your email verification code?
→ Check your Spam or Junk folder and make sure you entered the correct email address. If the code still doesn't arrive after a few minutes, please contact Support.
Seeing an "email already in use" error?
→ Please use a different email address for each account. Using the same email address across multiple accounts that were previously registered with different phone numbers isn't supported.
How to Change Phone Number
To change your registered phone number in the Nexar Connect app profile, you can simply follow these steps:
Open the Nexar Connect app.
Go to the More tab.
Tap My Profile.
Tap the pencil icon ( ✏️) on the right side of your phone number, then select Update Phone Number.
Type your new phone number and tap Get Verification Code
Select Save.
A verification code will be sent to your number via SMS. Enter the code in the given section.
Tap Confirm Phone Number Update.
