This article will guide you in resolving issues when the Nexar One's Remote Live Streaming feature is not working.

Troubleshooting Nexar One's Live (Remote) Streaming Feature Not Working

If you can't remote stream or see the Nexar One dash cam's live view when you're not in the vehicle, please do the following:

Please ensure that you are only using the original cable, mount, and Nexar-provided power accessory that came with the camera to avoid any potential issues.

1. Ensure that your Nexar Connect subscription is active by going to the Nexar Portal here: https://www.getnexar.com/mynexar

2. For Nexar One with cigarette lighter adapter on regular power, charge the Nexar One for at least 90 minutes

3. Disconnect the Nexar One from power and wait until the light indicator (Nexar Logo) turns OFF

4. Detach and reattach the +Connectivity add-on to the right side of the Nexar One logo

5. Reconnect the Nexar One to power and wait until the light indicator stops blinking

6. Disable the phone's WiFi settings

7. Enable the phone's cellular data

8. Launch the Nexar Connect app, then tap the Live button on the bottom right of the home screen to start a remote live stream, and see if the issue is fixed

This feature uses Nexar One's +Connectivity add-on to send videos to the server and your phone's internet to view them in the app. To use Nexar One's live streaming, ensure your phone has a good internet connection and your vehicle is located in an area where there is a reliable cell service for seamless live streaming.

If the issue continues, please reach out to our support team for further help.
