2K Resolution produces ultra-high definition videos that allow you to see the smallest details such as license plate numbers, day or night, which is critical if you need evidence in case of incidents or when you want to capture that beautiful sunset.

If you configured your Nexar beam2 to record in 2K quality, the footage will be saved on Nexar beam2’s internal memory in 2K. To retrieve the 2K video in the Nexar app, you will need to create a clip while you are connected to Nexar beam2's network over WiFi.

When the video is successfully transferred to the Nexar Connect app, you will be able to see it as a Clip in the Activity tab.

The Nexar beam2 is equipped with constant protection for your vehicle, even when it's parked. If the Nexar beam2 detects impact on your vehicle while it's parked, it will automatically start recording and send an alert to your phone, enabling it to connect to the Remote Livestream of the dash cam. There is an option to calibrate the sensitivity of the sensor with a slider in the Nexar Connect app to make sure you get the right kind of alerts.
