Please ensure that you are only using the original cable, and Nexar-provided power accessory that came with the camera to avoid any potential issues.
If you're using the cigarette light adapter, check that the cigarette light adapter emitting a blue light.
Check if there is physical damage or bloating on the dash cam.
If there is no physical damage, unplug and replug all cable connections and make sure they are firmly connected.
Drive for 45+ minutes to charge the battery, then try turning the dash cam on.
If after 45+ min the camera still isn’t turning on and using the Nexar hardwiring Kit or OBD Kit, try using the original cable and cigarette lighter adapter(if available).
