Nexar Connect subscription is a monthly subscription required for the Nexar Connected dash cam's features such as remote live streaming, real-time parking mode notification, and emergency streaming.
You can cancel this subscription at any time using the following steps.
How to Cancel Your Nexar Connect Subscription
If you no longer wish to continue your Nexar Connect subscription, follow these step-by-step instructions.
The instructions below are only applicable if you have a Nexar Connected dash cams with an active Nexar Connect subscription.
1. Login to the MyNexar portal
2. Enter your country code and phone number associated with your Nexar Account
3. Enter the SMS verification code that will be sent to your phone
4. Click Edit on the Nexar Connect subscription you would like to cancel
5. Click on Update payment info
6. Tap Cancel subscription
4. Tell us why you wish to cancel
5. Tap on Yes, cancel subscription
6. Once done, the status should show as Cancelled.
