Troubleshooting Unable to Delete Videos in the Nexar Connect App
If you are having trouble deleting videos in the Nexar Connect app, simply follow these steps:
1. Make sure that the Nexar Connect app is updated by going to the App Store or Play Store, searching “Nexar”, and tapping the update button, if available.
2. Enable your phone's cellular data and ensure you are in a location with good cellular reception
3. Go to Nexar Connect app > Activity
4. Select the drives and clips you wish to delete
5. Tap the Trash Can icon at the top right corner
6. Click Delete video to confirm this action
7. If you still can't delete the videos, force close the Nexar Connect app by following the instructions below:
For iOS: Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen > pause in the middle > swipe up on the Nexar Connect app.
For Android: Tap the hamburger icon (three lines or dots) from the Navigation bar > swipe up on the Nexar Connect app.
8. Pull down on the Videos tab to refresh the screen.
9. Tap the Drive and More tab on the bottom to switch screens, and then try deleting the videos again.
