This article lists the simple steps on how to pair or connect multiple dash cams to one phone. This can especially be helpful if you have multiple dash cams in different vehicles.



Nexar users with multiple vehicles often use a separate Nexar dash cam for each car. The Nexar Connect app is thoughtfully designed to facilitate smooth switching between dash cams. However, it's essential to note that connecting two or more Nexar dash cams to the app simultaneously is not possible. This limitation is because Wifi can only support one active connection at a time.

Since phones can only connect to one WiFi signal at a time, please make sure the phone is not connecting to any other WiFi networks. Please also disable any wireless CarPlay/Android Auto, VPNs, security, or antivirus apps, or hotspots when trying to connect.

How to Pair or Connect Multiple Nexar Connected Dash Cams to the Nexar Connect app?

Follow these steps to pair or connect different Nexar Connected dash cams to your Nexar Connect app:

1. Open the Nexar Connect app.
2. Go to More > Device Management > Add a new dash cam.
3. Follow on-screen instructions

4. Mount the dash cam and hide the cables

5. Activate the subscription
